Andrew J. Rubin, principal of Winslow-Rubin Communications, Inc., formulates and implements strategic marketing plans for a wide range of prominent professional firms and businesses.

Through the use of public relations, media relations, advertising and marketing, he assists firms in retaining and attracting new business, distinguishing them in their market and establishing a favorable public image.

Mr. Rubin garners valuable publicity for clients in leading media, including digital, social, broadcast and print. He writes, develops and markets a broad variety of websites.

Mr. Rubin prepares innovative business-to-business and business-to-consumer strategies. He directs and leverages clients’ involvement in advantageous professional, civic and charitable organizations and events. He coordinates speaking engagements for clients with leading community groups and conducts email and direct-mail campaigns and market surveys.

Mr. Rubin devises media purchase plans and search-engine marketing strategies and creates service and product advertisements for the digital, broadcast, outdoor and print media. He produces presentations, exhibits, newsletter, brochures and other collateral materials.

Prior to entering the field of public relations, Mr. Rubin was a journalist. He reported for United Press International (UPI) and The (Lorain, Ohio) Journal, and contributed to the Columbus (Ohio) Dispatch and numerous other media.

Mr. Rubin lectures to professionals and entrepreneurs on marketing communications and business development approaches. He is a past president of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Gulfstream Chapter and formerly a Counselor’s Academy member.

Mr. Rubin is a graduate of Leadership Boca. He has served as a Guardian Ad Litem, a director of the Volen Center and member of the Friends of Gumbo Limbo Board of Trustees. He is a graduate of the University at Buffalo.
